KN-506 is a heat stabilizer/lubricant system designed for rigid PVC injection molding. The primary stabilization properties are due to Tri Basic lead sulphate. KN-506 has an excellent lubricity and heat stability. Highly efficient lubricants were used in the development of KN-506 that would greatly improve the flow properties and impart a good color to the molded article. The balance between these lubricants imparts great flexibility to the final PVC blend or compound.
